Russell Morris

Russell Morris is an associate attorney in Houston, Texas, with McBryde Franco, PLLC, a small boutique law firm that handles business and civil litigation. He graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2019 with his J.D. and MBA.  Russell also commissioned as an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps in 2018 and served on active duty as a Judge Advocate from 2020-2023. During his time on active duty, stationed at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, he practiced criminal law serving primarily as a criminal defense attorney – providing legal counseling to, and representation of, over 550 Marines and Sailors dealing with issues ranging from administrative separations to felony-level courts-martial. Russell is married, has one son, and is still currently serving as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves (IRR).
