Edgar "Eddie" Hernandez

Eddie Hernandez is a staff attorney in Houston, Texas, at Houston First Corporation, a local government corporation created to improve the lives of Houstonians. He has a range of experience, from litigating multi-million-dollar lawsuits to passing a multi-billion dollar infrastructure bill. In the past, he has experience guiding political campaigns, drafting long-term development plans for localities, and assisting in ambassadorial ceremonies. Eddie has a Bachelor of Political Science and Psychology from Austin College, where he was selected as a Fulbright Semi-Finalist and highlighted by his alma mater as one of 175 alums most likely to impact the world. In parallel, Eddie received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center. In his free time, he spends his time volunteering, exercising, and devoting his time to his life goal of improving the lives of five million people.
