Daniel "Skip" Noel

Daniel "Skip" Noel began his career in the Marine Corps reserve where he worked in Law Enforcement, IT and was a Branch Director for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He then transitioned back to Active Duty in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Boatswain's Mate, where he medically retired in 2023 from MSST Houston.

Among the seven founders of BreakWater Alliance Foundation, Dan holds a vital position as our Executive Director. Beyond his dedication to BWA, he manages his independent venture, Knotical USA, and concurrently serves as the Resource Director at Verbeek Distributors, an Ohio-based chemical company. Dan's core values encompass a deep-seated patriotism and a steadfast commitment to serving others.
